ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — AUGUST 8, 2022 2 <br />4. STAFF COMMENTS <br />A. Transportation Update <br />Public Works Director Swearingen reported paving of the northbound lanes of Lexington <br />Avenue had been completed from County Road E to I-694. He explained the utility work was <br />taking longer than anticipated, which meant work on this project would continue through August. <br />He encouraged residents to contact Ramsey County with any questions or concerns regarding this <br />project. <br />Public Works Director Swearingen stated the final paving was complete for the Old Snelling <br />improvement project and striping of the roadway would be completed in the next week. <br />Public Works Director Swearingen explained the Arden Oaks neighborhood street <br />improvement project was underway and the drain tile improvements were complete. He reported <br />crews had installed concrete curb and gutter which meant the first course would be installed next <br />week, weather permitting. <br />5. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />None. <br />6. Motion to Approve Payment to Klein Underground, LLC for Watermain Repair at <br />1230 Highway 96 <br />E. Motion to Approve Final Payment — Insituform Technologies USA, LLC — 2021 <br />CIPP Lining Project <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziei seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
