�r, <br />HII.LS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO.2022-006 <br />AN INTERIM ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE, TESTING, <br />MANUFACTURING, AND DISTRIBUTION WITHIN THE CITY OF PRODUCTS <br />CONTAINING THC <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on August 22, 2022, Ordinance No. 2022-006 was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2022-006, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Ordinance 2022-006 establishes a one year <br />moratorium on the sale, testing, manufacturing and distribution of products containing <br />tetrahydrocannabinols (THC) within the City of Arden Hills in order to allow the City time to <br />study the issue and determine what, if any, additional licensing and/or regulations for THC <br />products to pursue.
