Our recreation agency agrees to conduct all NYSCA training programs in <br /> accordance with procedural guidelines provided by the NYSCA National , <br /> Headquarters. <br /> 2. Our recreation agency agrees to implement the NYSCA total youth edu0- <br /> tion program (i.e. coaches' certification, parent education, etc.) within our recrea- <br /> tion department's administered programs. In addition, we agree to encourage <br /> all parent interest groups using our facilities and operating in our community <br /> to have their coaches certified under the NYSCA national certification program. <br /> 3. Our recreation agency agrees to abide by the established fees and charges <br /> • for coaches' certification as designed by the NYSCA National Office. In addi- <br /> tion, we will not allow any non-certified NYSCA clinician to use any of the NYSCA <br /> video tapes at anytime for the purpose of instruction. <br /> 4. Our recreation agency agrees to require all coaches attending and successful- <br /> ly completing the NYSCA national certification program to pay their annual cer- <br /> tification fee. <br /> 5. In the event that our recreation agency fails to comply with these require- <br /> ments in full, our recreation agency agrees to return to the NYSCA National Head- <br /> quarters all equipment and materials in our possession which are the property <br /> of the NYSCA upon request by the NYSCA Headquarters. <br /> 6. Our recreation agency agrees not to use the training received from NYSCA <br /> for the development of,our own program in accordance with the NYSCA <br /> philosophy and national guidelines' program. <br /> WE AGREE NOT TO CONDUCT THE NYSCA CERTIFICATION PROGRAM <br /> WITHOUT ANY OF THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. <br /> • P Cha ter Director <br /> _ <br /> District Coordinator Head of Department <br /> Date Date <br />
