The time was used to share how things <br /> were going and to encourage one another by giving each other ideas that worked well. <br /> Each team of leaders made a flyer to advertise their program for the following week. <br /> . STAFF PERFORMANCE This year's group of leaders were the best I've worked with <br /> in three years. They were highly motivated, creative, and dependable. <br /> CRAFTS Crafts were the highlight of each day's activities. The leaders and <br /> I greatly appreciated the budget that allowed us to purchase worthwhile supplies <br /> and projects. It definitely contributes to the quality of our program.
