SHADE TREE - DISEASE CONTROL • <br /> COMMENTS <br /> Due to the drought conditions of 1988, trees were under a great deal of <br /> stress which resulted in increased diseased tree removal in 1989. <br /> City-wide tree surveys and follow-up site inspections will be completed by <br /> September.
