The City and Developer previously entered into a Development Contract and <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement dated February 8, 2021 and recorded April 28, 2021 as <br />Ramsey County Document No. A04880171 (“Development Contract/PUD”). <br /> <br /> B. The Developer is the fee owner of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, <br />Gateway Interstate, Ramsey County, Minnesota (“Property”). <br /> <br /> C. The Developer has requested an amendment to the Development Contract/PUD <br />regarding signage and has requested flexibility for the wall signage location. <br /> <br /> D. Pursuant to paragraph 33.E of the Development Contract/PUD, all amendments to <br />the Development Contract or Planned Unit Development shall be in writing, signed by the parties, <br />and approved by written resolution of the City Council.
