ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—MAY 29, 2007 3
Deb Erickson, Prior Avenue North, asked if there would be a retaining wall for noise and dirt.
• She stated this project would have Highway 10 going in her back yard. She asked Council how
they would like to lose their homes.
Eva Storm, Prior Avenue, stated this would be a hardship for her and her husband if they were
required to move.
Patrick McClarety, 1181 Todd, stated the community was filled with nice people and this type
of housing was not available in the City any longer.
