Approved: October 5, 2022 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 3, 2022 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Vice Chair Jonathan Wicklund called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present were: Commissioners Shelley Blilie, Joshua Collins, Marcie Jefferys, Arlene Mitchell, <br />Kurt Weber, and Vice Chair Jonathan Wicklund. <br />Absent: Chair Paul Vijums, Commissioners Steven Jones and Clayton Zimmerman. <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe and Councilmember Fran <br />Holmes. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – AUGUST 3, 2022 <br />Commissioner Jefferys moved, seconded by Commissioner Weber, to approve the August <br />3, 2022, agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously (6-0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />July 6, 2022 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />Commissioner Weber moved, seconded by Commissioner Mitchell, to approve the July 6, <br />2022, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented. The motion carried <br />unanimously (6-0). <br />PLANNING CASES <br />A.Planning Case 22-014; 4200 Round Lake Road – Planned Unit Development <br />Amendment – Public Hearing <br />Community Development Director Jagoe stated the applicant has submitted a land use <br />application for a Planned Unit Development Amendment, proposing additional wall signage on <br />the southwest elevation of the Gateway Interstate building.
