She <br />thought the City should consider having someone on staff do work as a volunteer coordinator. <br /> <br />Committee Member Poelzer noted a gap in the trail system on the north side of County Road E. <br /> <br />Assistant Public Works Director Miller said filling that gap be Ramsey County’s decision. <br /> <br />5.
