ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — NOVEMBER 14, 2022 <br />N <br />A. Transportation Update <br />Public Works Director Swearingen reported paving of the new southbound lanes was now <br />complete along Lexington Avenue. He explained the contractor would be installing the new <br />permanent traffic signal at Target Road in the next month. He commented on the work that would <br />be completed by the contractor next spring which included medians, pedestrian ramps, and <br />construction of new sidewalks. He stated that this would be the last transportation update for the <br />season and updates would resume again in the spring. <br />Councilmember Holden asked when the Lexington Avenue project would be completed next <br />year. <br />Public Works Director Swearingen stated he was uncertain when the County would have this <br />project completed in 2023. <br />6. November 7, 2022, Special City Council <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Radziei seconded a <br />motion to approve the October 17, 2022, City Council Work Session meeting <br />minutes, October 24, 2022, Regular City Council meeting minutes, October <br />24, 2022, Special City Council Work Session meeting minutes; and November <br />7, 2022, Special City Council meeting minutes as presented. The motion <br />carried (3-0). <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion to Approve Payment to Springbrook Holding Company LLC for 2023 <br />Software Maintenance Fees <br />C. The motion carried <br />(3-0 . <br />
