The options are to request <br />an absentee ballot be mailed to you, or you can apply <br />for an absentee ballot and vote in person at either the <br />Ramsey County Elections office located at 90 Plato <br />Blvd in St. Paul or at the Ramsey County Library <br />located at 2180 Hamline Avenue in Roseville. Want to <br />skip the extra step of applying for an absentee ballot at <br />various Ramsey County locations? Tuesday, November <br />1 through Monday, November 7 you will not have <br />to complete a ballot application and instead will be <br />given a ballot to place directly into the voting machine <br />yourself. For more information about these options, <br />including locations and hours of operation, please visit <br />ramseycounty.us/residents/elections-voting/voters/vote- <br />election-day. <br />Those voting on election day must do so at their local <br />polling place on November 8. The polls open at 7:00 am <br />and close at 8:00 pm on Election Day. Lift Station <br />No.10 Rehabilitation Project. <br />• Approved Payment No. 2 – Bituminous Roadways, <br />Inc. – City Hall Parking Lot Project. <br />• Approved Amendment for Professional Services <br />Agreement for Final Design and Construction <br />Administration – SRF Consulting Group Inc. – <br />Mounds View High School Trail Improvements. <br />• Approved Quote for Hydrant Replacement on Grey <br />Fox Road – Valley-Rich Co. Inc. <br />• Approved Resolution 2022-041 Adopting and <br />Confirming Quarterly Special Assessments for <br />Delinquent Utilities. <br />• Approved Resolution 2022-042 - the Setting <br />Preliminary Levy at 7% for Proposed Taxes Payable <br />in 2023.
