September 26, 2022 November 8 General Election Early voting is underway. The options are to request an absentee ballot be mailed to you, or you can apply for an absentee ballot and vote in person at either the Ramsey County Elections office located at 90 Plato Blvd in St. Paul or at the Ramsey County Library located at 2180 Hamline Avenue in Roseville. Want to skip the extra step of applying for an absentee ballot at various Ramsey County locations? Tuesday, November 1 through Monday, November 7 you will not have to complete a ballot application and instead will be given a ballot to place directly into the voting machine yourself. Those voting on election day must do so at their local polling place on November 8. The polls open at 7:00 am and close at 8:00 pm on Election Day.
