In a letter dated September 27, 2021, the Applicant agreed to forego the right to <br />an individual monument sign on Outlot A to be part of a multi-tenant sign with Bethel University. <br />The multi-tenant sign has since been constructed and is currently located on Outlot A, where Pine <br />Tree Drive meets the access road to New Perspective Senior Living and Bethel University’s <br />Anderson Center.
