<br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023 BUDGET
<br />WHEREAS, the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council
<br />has met a number of times for the purpose of discussing the 2023 budget; and
<br />WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a
<br />public hearing to adopt a budget; and
<br />WHEREAS, The City Council held a Truth -in -Taxation public hearing on December 12,
<br />2022, to discuss the 2023 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
<br />Minnesota, that the attached 2023 budget be adopted and approved:
