Note Siam Thai, located at 3547 Lexington Avenue (the space formerly occupied by Great China), is <br />applying for a first time liquor license (wine and strong beer only) with the City of Arden Hills. <br />Again, all necessary City and State forms were received and a background check was conducted <br />satisfactorily for this business. <br />All of the above establishments will be issued a liquor license following formal City Council approval <br />and are contingent upon satisfactory fire inspections by the Fire Marshall (these are still in the process <br />as of the writing of this memo but no issues are anticipated). <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
