<br /> RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2023 BUDGET
<br /> WHEREAS,the City Administrator has prepared an annual budget and the City Council has met
<br /> a number of times for the purpose of discussing the 2023 budget; and
<br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 275, Section 065 of Minnesota Statutes requires that the City hold a public
<br /> hearing to adopt a budget; and
<br /> WHEREAS,The City Council held a Truth-in-Taxation public hearing on December 12,2022,to
<br /> discuss the 2023 budget and has concluded the budget as prepared is appropriate.
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
<br /> Minnesota,that the attached 2023 budget be adopted and approved:
