County forces will construct this project under a force account <br /> agreement during the 2001 construction season. Attached for your review and comment are <br /> plans for the project. <br /> There are no costs to the city on this project,but we will need a city signature on the title sheet of <br /> the state aid plan. <br /> We are willing to look at constructing a path as part of the project. We would like to review the <br /> site with you when weather and snow cover permits. If a path were constructed,the City would <br /> be responsible for 75% of the cost of the path and 100% of the cost of additional right of way <br /> that may be needed.
