I would guesstimate a budget of <br /> $50.00 for purchase of handouts and copying. <br /> 2. Also,you may want to include mailing costs as a budget item. <br /> Our volunteers hand-delivered all the materials to each participant because of time deadlines. <br /> 3 Request bids from 3 tree services. Bid for 3 tree service staff to work on chipping. Costs will be higher <br /> than those shown above, as we only had 2 tree service staff working our first roundup. <br /> 4. You will probably need a higher budget for refreshments. <br />
