(These buttons would be given to all volunteers and participants) TO:OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS 1. Plan a higher cost for photocopying. We had a lot of copying donated. I would guesstimate a budget of $50.00 for purchase of handouts and copying. 2. Also,you may want to include mailing costs as a budget item. Our volunteers hand-delivered all the materials to each participant because of time deadlines. 3 Request bids from 3 tree services. Bid for 3 tree service staff to work on chipping. Costs will be higher than those shown above, as we only had 2 tree service staff working our first roundup. 4. You will probably need a higher budget for refreshments.
