'It <br />fi` I�)EN,HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO.2023-001 <br />Attachment A <br />Resolution Relating to the Organization of the City of Arden Hills <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br />Section 1. Official Depository. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02, <br />Subdivision 1, the City Council designates the following financial institutions as official <br />depositories for municipal funds: <br />a) US Bank <br />b) Wells Fargo Bank <br />c) RBC Wealth Management <br />d) 4M Fund (PMA Financial Network, Inc.) <br />e) Moreton Capital Markets <br />f) Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. <br />Section 2. Official Newspaper. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 412.831, the City <br />Council designates the following newspaper as official newspaper of the City: <br />a) St. Paul Pioneer Press <br />The Mayor and Clerk are authorized and directed to enter into agreements with the official <br />newspaper for the publication of items required by law to be published. <br />Section 3. Officers: Employees: Appointment. The following persons are appointed to the <br />offices indicated. <br />City Administrator Dave Perrault <br />City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />Finance Director/Treasurer Gayle Bauman <br />Section 4. Acting Officers; Deputies. The following are appointed to the office indicated. <br />Acting Administrator: Gayle Bauman <br />Deputy Clerk: Jolene Trauba <br />Deputy Treasurer: Dave Perrault <br />Section 5. Regular Council Meetings.
