• Round Lake Trail—Get remaining easements and complete the trail along west Round Lake. <br /> 00 $25,000. <br /> Park Renovation <br /> Note: Where possible, the PTRC recommends complete renovation of a park, rather than a piece- <br /> meal approach. <br /> • Add new park and trail signage at all parks and trails, have park and trail system maps in <br /> stalled at key outdoor locations, and available at City Hall. $22,000. <br /> • Install ADA access upgrades (seek MnDNR grants) Connect park features with a paved trails <br /> at Arden Oaks, Floral, Hazelnut, Ingerson, and Valentine Parks. $125,000. <br /> • Charles Perry Park—Renovate the park including relocation of the access drive, a new warm <br /> ing house, shelter, trails, bridge, paved rink and tot lot, etc. $350,000. <br /> • Freeway Park— Add a parking lot and replace warming house. $75,000. <br /> • Hazelnut Park—Replace warming house. $40,000. <br /> • • Ingerson Park—Add a disc golf course (partner with disc golf assn. for design and partial <br /> funding). $7,500. <br /> • Valentine Park renovation—$140,000. <br /> • Cummings Park—Add a directional signs to the park. Provide long-term parking. Signs <br /> $750. Parking $75,000. <br /> • Add trees for shade at key locations and additional benches and picnic tables. $10,000/year for <br /> three years. <br /> • Crepeau Park—Work to create an integrated trail network, marked trails, defined entrance 1 <br /> point(s) and an area trail and interpretive map/signs. $5,000. <br /> New park and open space acquisition <br /> Obtain long-term parking and access agreement for Cummings Parks (Fair Isaac). $ if any to be <br /> determined. <br /> TCAAP— Work with developers and the property owners to acquire trail corridors, neighborhoods <br /> and community parks and open spaces as per the park and trail master plan.
