On October 24, 2022, Council approved the PSA <br />Amendment with HR Green. <br /> <br />HR Green has completed a round of public engagement by surveying the nearby neighborhoods. <br />The survey results can be found in Attachment A, Arden Manor Park and Attachment B, Floral <br />Park. <br /> <br />Discussion <br /> <br />Council should review the survey results from both parks and provide feedback for the amenities <br />and improvements HR Green should move forward with in design. <br /> <br />Following the Work Session, HR Green will reach out to vendors that can provide the amenities <br />desired and work to draft a design. The draft will be shared with Council and presented in an <br />open-house style fashion at City Hall.
