I worry about activities like football and baseball as our bay window overlooks the grassy area. <br />Please keep in mind that this area is very wet and soggy. It is prone to flooding with heavy rains. <br />We have had to build a new shed that sits more than a foot off of the ground due to this <br />flooding. Many times our shed has flooded. 2021 it had to be replaced as the floor boards <br />were starting to rot out. <br />c.
