Attachment C <br />—AIREN HILLS <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO.2023-001 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, <br />SECTION 220, OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE REGARDING <br />REGULATIONS FOR BOARDS, COMMITTEES AND COMMISSIONS <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on February 13, 2023, Ordinance No. 2023-001 was <br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of Ordinance No. <br />2023-001, the following summary of the ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Ordinance No. 2023-001 changes the City Code <br />provisions that authorize the Mayor to make appointments subject to approval of the City Council <br />to have all appointments made by the Mayor and City Council collectively. <br />A printed copy of the whole Ordinance is available for inspection by any person during the <br />City's regular office hours at the City of Arden Hills, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, MN <br />55112.
