ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION – JANUARY 17, 2023 15 <br /> <br /> <br />Public Works Director/City Engineer Swearingen said there were two agreements, the first <br />said it was the County’s responsibility, there was also a second agreement that said it was the <br />City’s responsibility. The trail has since been plowed by City staff. <br /> <br />City Administrator Perrault stated the microphones were still not working that well.
