ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—FEBRUARY 13, 2023 16 <br /> City Attorney Jamnik referenced page 2 of the memo. He noted the staff recommendation, in light <br /> of what the developer had modified, would require a modification to Paragraph 4 in order to reflect <br /> "plans as revised" in response to the Planning Commission recommendations. He stated that <br /> Community Director Jagoe was recommending a Motion to Approve Planning Case 22-023 based <br /> on the findings of fact and submitted plans, as amended by the conditions in the February 13, 2023 <br /> Report to the City Council with paragraphs 1, 2 and 3, and then paragraph 4 as modified to reflect <br /> the recommendations of the Planning Commission with a reduction in the size of Sign 2, which is <br /> the western facing on Snelling Avenue. He noted that paragraph 5 would remain the same. He <br /> stated he believed that was the motion that Councilmember Fabel was intending to make. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember Fabel moved and Mayor Grant seconded a motion to adopt <br /> Planning Case 23-023 for a Planned Unit Development Amendment at 3565 <br /> Pine Tree Drive, based on the findings of fact and submitted plans, as amended <br /> by the conditions in the February 13, 2023 Report to the City Council with <br /> paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 as presented and with paragraph 4 as modified <br /> regarding reduction in the size of Sign 2 and paragraph 5 as modified with <br /> extension of base materials to reflect recommendations of Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> Mayor Grant reported the Council had flexibility to add additional items to the motion due to the <br /> fact this was a PUD Amendment. He asked if the Council had any other concerns that should be <br /> addressed. There were no other items of concern. <br /> A roll call vote was taken. The motion to adopt Planning Case 23-023 for a <br /> Planned Unit Development Amendment at 3565 Pine Tree Drive, based on the <br /> findings of fact and submitted plans, as amended by the conditions in the <br /> February 13, 2023 Report to the City Council with paragraphs 1, 2, and 3 as <br /> presented and with paragraph 4 as modified regarding the reduction in size of <br /> Sign 2 and paragraph 5 as modified with extension of base materials to reflect <br /> recommendations of Planning Commission carried (5-0). <br /> B.
