I <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 345.A.- <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION IV.E. <br />AND SUBDIVISONS 4El THROUGH 4E5 TO THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING OF PROPERTY. <br />THE ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL HEREBY ORDAINS THAT SECTION IV. <br />E. AND SUBDIVISIONS 4El THROUGH 4ES ARE HEREBY ADDED TO <br />ZONING ORDINANCE #291 OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS TO READ AS <br />FOLLOWS; <br />Section IV. E. Re-Zoning <br />The official map for the City of Arden Hills has been amended to indicate that the <br />described properties have re-zoned as follows; <br />Deseribed Properties. The following properties are generally located south of County <br />Road E-2, west of New Brighton Road, east of Cleveland Avenue, and north of the <br />Cottage Villas Development, and are also described by the following legal descriptions: <br />I. The south seventy-five (75) feet of Lot eight (8), Rohleder's Home and <br />Garden Acres, Ramsey County, Mimlesota, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for Ramsey <br />County, Minnesota, except the east five-hundred (500) feet thereof subject to <br />roads and easements of record, is rezoned from an R-2 zone (Single and Two <br />Family Residential District) to a NB zone (Neighborhood Business District) <br />pursuant to Ordinanee #345. <br />2. Lot nine (9), Rohleder's Home and Garden Acres, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />according to the plat thereof on file and ofrecord in the office ofthe Register <br />of Deeds in and for Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the east five hundred <br />500) feet thereof subject to roads and easements of record, is rezoned from an <br />R-2 zone (Single and Two Family Residential District) to a NB zone <br />Neighborhood Business District) pursuant to Ordinance #345. <br />3.
