AND SUBDIVISIONS 4E1 <br />THROUGH 4E5 TO THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />HilLS RELATING TO THE RE-ZONING <br />OF PROPERTY. <br />On the 8th day of September, 2003, the <br />Arden Hills City Council adopted <br />Ordinance No. 345. and by four <br />affirmative voles pursuant to Minn. Stat. <br />412.191, Subd. 4, directed thaI a <br />summary of the Ordinance be published. <br />Arden Hills Ordinance No. 345 is entitled <br />An Ordinance Adding Section IVE and <br />Subdivisions One through Five to the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City 01 Arden <br />Hills Relating to the Re-Zoning of <br />Property~ and will become effective the <br />day following publication of this <br />Ordinance Summary. The Ordinance <br />rezones certain property generally <br />located south of County Road E-2, west <br />of New Brighton Road, east of Cleveland <br />Avenue, and north 01 the Cottage Villas <br />development; from the Single and Two <br />Family Residential District to the <br />Neighborhood Business District. <br />A copy of the Ordinance is available for <br />inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City <br />Administrator, 1245 Wesl Highway 967, <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112. <br />Is!
