A corner lot shall maintain front yard requirements for each street frontage. • Lot coverage. The total allowable amount of lot area, expressed as a percentage, which may be covered by a principal use and its accessory structures. Lot depth. A lot having one (1) or more lot lines fronting on public waters. Lot, through. A lot that has a pair of opposite lot lines abutting two (2) substantially parallel streets, and which is not a corner lot.
