'It <br />-ARPEN HILLS <br />ORDINANCE NO.2023-002 <br />Attachment A <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 1305, <br />SUBSECTION 1305.04 <br />OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br />REGARDING RULES, SCOPE, INTERPRETATION, & DEFINITIONS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 13 — Zoning Code, Section 1305 — Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br />Definitions, Subsection 1305.04 - Definitions, is hereby amended adding the following underlined <br />definition: <br />• Solar Energy System. A system or set of devices whose primary purpose is to collect, <br />convert, store and distribute solar energy, including for heating and cooling of buildings, electricity <br />generation, water heating and other energy -using processes. <br />SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />publication according to law.
