Sanitary Sewer Lift Stations Preventative Maintenance (14 stations)- <br />x Daily lift station checks by PW Staff. <br />x Performed in the spring and fall each year- Clean wet wells, remove grease, solids, and organics <br />from floats, transducers, pumps, rails, walls, and floors. Remove pumps and inspect tolerances, <br />vlutes, impellers, flush valves (where applicable) motor oil or coolant levels and quality. Create a <br />plan for any part replacement needs as needed during inspection and make needed repairs. Test <br />all alarms and verify the monitoring system is functioning properly.
