'2t <br /> EN HILLS <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2023-002 <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, SECTION 1305, <br /> SUBSECTION 1305.04 <br /> OF THE ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE <br /> REGARDING RULES, SCOPE,INTERPRETATION, & DEFINITIONS <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA, ORDAINS: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 13 —Zoning Code, Section 1305 —Rules, Scope, Interpretation, & <br /> Definitions, Subsection 1305.04-Definitions, is hereby amended adding the following underlined <br /> definition: <br /> • Solar Energy System. A system or set of devices whose primary purpose is to collect, <br /> convert,store and distribute solar energy,including for heating and cooling of buildings,electricity <br /> generation, water heating and other energy-using_processes. <br /> SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> publication according to law.
