Approved: <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 5, 2023 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Paul Vijums called to order the regular Planning <br />Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br />ROLL CALL <br />Present were: Chair Paul Vijums, Commissioners Brad Bjorklund, Shelley Blilie, Joshua Collins, <br />Arlene Mitchell, Kurtis Weber and Jonathan Wicklund. <br />Absent: Commissioners Steven Jones (alternate) and Clayton Zimmerman (alternate). <br />Also present were: Community Development Director Jessica Jagoe and Councilmember Emily <br />Rousseau. <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA –APRIL 5, 2023 <br />Commissioner Mitchell moved, seconded by Commissioner Weber, to approve the April 5, <br />2023, agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously (7-0). <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />March 8, 2023 –Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br />Commissioner Weber moved, seconded by Commissioner Bjorklund, to approve the March <br />8, 2023, Planning Commission Regular Meeting as presented.
