All wastewater will be disposed of in a City sewer manhole as directed by the City of Arden Hills Public Works Department. The hourly rate for vac truck service is $280.00 per truck during regular business hours (7:OOAM to 3:30PM) and is charged port to port; any overtime is charged at 1.5 rate of $420.00 per hour. This project is currently estimated at 16 regular hours or a cost of $4,480.00 (mobilization outside of sixteen hours is not included and would be additional). Any person or company supplying labor or materials for this improvement to your property may file a lien against your property if that person or company is not paid for the contributions. Under Minnesota law, you have the right to pay persons who supplied labor or materials for this improvement directly and deduct this amount from our contract price, or withhold the amounts due from us until 120 days after completion of the improvement unless we give you a lien waiver signed by persons who supplied the labor or material for the improvement and who gave you timely notice. We reserve the right to file a lien if payment in full is not received within 30 days of the invoice date. Any additional costs will be added to the bill for interest, legal expenses, attorney fees, and /or collection costs. We Propose hereby to furnish material and labor — complete in accordance with above specifications, for the sum of: AS NOTED ABOVE. Payment to be made as follows: TO BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE INVOICE. A SIGNED CONTRACT IS NECESSARY TO PERFORM THE WORK DESCRIBED ABOVE.
