Ramsey County's cost
participation policy requires the City of Arden Hills and Ramsey County to share equally in the
$4 million of local estimated costs.
In order to submit the grant request to Metropolitan Council, Ramsey County will need an
approved resolution from the City Council requesting the county to submit the grant application
and financially committing to the city local match contribution of $2,000,000.
