<br />DAN MCNIEL, AICP I PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
<br />Dan has seven years of experience in public engage-
<br />ment and community planning. Dan excels at com-
<br />municating with stakeholders, community members
<br />and project partners.He has significant experience
<br />facilitating community workshops, leading youth
<br />engagement activities, and designing long-range
<br />public participation processes. Dan is committed to developing meaning-
<br />ful, measurable and adaptable community engagement and is passionate
<br />about incorporating underrepresented perspectives into planning pro-
<br />cesses. Prior to coming to SRF, Dan worked with the Minneapolis Park and
<br />Recreation Board planning department and served as an AmeriCorpsvol-
<br />unteer on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.
<br />Project Experience
<br />Dakota County CR 9 (Dodd Boulevard) and 179th Street Corridor
<br />Study, Minnesota. Dakota County and the City of Lakeville have part-
<br />nered to coordinate planning efforts and identify improvements for two
<br />roadway segments in the City of Lakeville — County Road 9 (Dodd Bou-
<br />levard) and 179th Street. Dan is serving as a key player in the public
<br />involvement coordination with Dakota County and the City of Lakeville.
<br />His main responsibilities include developing communication materials,
<br />gathering public input through public opens houses, community sur-
<br />veys and online engagement as well as coordinating in -person meet-
<br />ings with the public and adjacent property owners.
<br />Bruce Vento Trail- Phase 2, Ramsey County. Worked with Ramsey
<br />County to develop public involvement plan. Planned for, executed, and
<br />attended meetings, including pop -ups events, property owner meetings,
<br />and open houses. Developed handouts, survey, boards, presentations,
<br />and other communications materials in coordination with graphic design-
<br />ers. Summarized comments received from the public.
<br />BRENT CLARK, PE I TRAFFIC
<br />A member of SRF's Traffic Engineering group,
<br />Brent's work is focused mainly on traffic impact
<br />studies and corridor studies. He uses a number of
<br />traffic analysis software programs including
<br />Synchro/SimTraffic, VISSIM, TRAFFIX, and IHSM-
<br />V HSM Predictive Method. Through his work, he has
<br />gained valuable experience in traffic operations, traffic forecasting,
<br />and intersection safety. Brent has led several large-scale data collec-
<br />tion efforts throughout the Midwest. Additionally, Brent has preliminary
<br />and final roadway design experience, having provided AutoCAD design
<br />support to SRF's Municipal Group.

<br />KEN HELVEY I RIGHT OF WAY
<br />Ken leads SRF's Real Estate Services Group and
<br />manages the acquisition, relocation, and appraisal
<br />processes for infrastructure, utility, and develop-
<br />ment projects. Since 1993, he has provided public
<br />and private sector clients with project manage-
<br />ment, acquisition, compilation of information to
<br />prepare work files, coordination of appraisals, negotiations with land
<br />owners to acquire right of way and settle damages, completion of relo-
<br />cation services, recording of pertinent documents, and closing of files
<br />and preparation of closing documents.

<br />CASEY BLACK, PE I STRUCTURAL
<br />Casey has 15 years of structural engineering
<br />experience and has led bridge design projects
<br />including rehabilitations, replacements, and new
<br />construction in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and North
<br />Dakota. He has managed projects using federal,
<br />state, and local funding. Casey's experience
<br />includes concrete slabs, prestressed concrete beams, steel girders,
<br />and prefabricated steel trusses. As a project manager, Casey has
<br />directed the coordination efforts for property acquisitions and impacts,
<br />environmental documents, wetland delineations, hydraulic analysis,
<br />drainage designs, surveying, geotechnical investigations, environmen-
<br />tal site assessments, and roadway designs. He has also served as a
<br />construction engineer on bridge replacement and rehabilitation proj-
<br />ects, which enables him to foresee potential field issues during the
<br />design process and design easily constructible structures. Casey
<br />works closely with clients and permitting agencies to ensure project
<br />parameters are understood and met.

<br />DEAN DUSHECK, LS I SURVEY
<br />7 Dean has 40 years of experience as a profes-
<br />sional land surveyor and supervises SRF's survey
<br />operations. Respected as a detail -oriented land
<br />surveyor and efficient supervisor, he is involved in
<br />all SRF projects where design surveys and/or land
<br />surveys are required. Dean's involvement extends
<br />beyond surveys prepared by SRF and includes quality control reviews
<br />of mapping and survey -related data received from third parties. He has
<br />provided land surveying services, including right of way research and
<br />legal descriptions, for numerous SRF projects.
