ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — APRIL 24, 2023 <br />I <br />supervisor to make the addition. He noted the request has been made, but the signage has not been <br />placed. <br />Mayor Grant explained the businesses along Lexington Avenue were not happy and several <br />spaces within Lexington Station were now vacant. He wanted to see better signage in place to <br />assist these businesses. He commented on how the City was very surprised by the railroad work <br />and road closures that were now in place due to the work being completed by Canadian Pacific. <br />6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />A. March 13, 2023, Regular City Council <br />B. March 20, 2023, City Council Work Session <br />C. March 20, 2023, Special City Council <br />Councilmember Holden reported she spoke with staff regarding changes to the March 13 regular <br />and March 20 worksession minutes. <br />Councilmember Monson noted she also had a minor change to the March 20 worksession <br />minutes and this was discussed with staff. <br />MOTION: Councilmember Monson moved and Councilmember Rousseau seconded a <br />motion to approve the March 13, 2023, Regular City Council meeting <br />minutes, March 20, 2023, City Council Work Session meeting minutes; and <br />March 20, 2023, Special City Council meeting minutes as amended. The <br />motion carried (5-0). <br />7. CONSENT CALENDAR <br />A. Motion to Approve Consent Agenda Item - Claims and Payroll <br />B. Motion To Approve First Quarter Financials <br />C. Motion To Approve 2024 Budget Calendar <br />D. Motion To Authorize City Staff To Begin Summer Work Hours Beginning <br />Tuesday, May 30, 2023, And Concluding On Friday, September 1, 2023 <br />E. Motion To Approve NYFS Council Liaison <br />F. Motion To Approve Resolution 2023-019 — Site Plan Review For 4300 Round <br />Lake Road And 1987 Gateway Boulevard <br />G. Motion To Accept Building Inspector/Code Enforcement Resignation <br />H. Motion To Authorize To Recruit For A Building Inspector/Code Enforcement <br />Officer <br />MOTION: Councilmember Rousseau moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein.
