ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL — APRIL 24, 2023 21 <br />Councilmember Fabel explained the JDA was in the preliminary phase of deliberations after a <br />long period of inactivity. He noted the plans that were on the table were the plans that have been <br />on the table for several years. He indicated there was nothing concrete on the table. He hoped to <br />move forward and have information presented to him that would lead to a master plan. He looked <br />forward to hearing information from the developer who is still on board, along with information <br />on a traffic analysis and updated AUAR. He invited Mayor Grant to attend any future JDA <br />meetings. <br />Mayor Grant asked if the JDA had a master developer in place. <br />Councilmember Fabel reported the JDA had a master developer who was under contract. The <br />contract with this developer expired and the developer was currently negotiating with the County <br />and JDA for an extension to the contract. He was hopeful this contractor would stay on. <br />Mayor Grant explained those residents wishing to recycle American flags, there was a collection <br />bin in the lobby at City Hall. He stated all flags would be disposed of in the proper manner by the <br />Sea Cadets at a military event. He noted the last day to bring a flag to City Hall was May 12. <br />ADJOURN <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Monson seconded a <br />motion to adiourn.
