'It <br /> EN HILLS <br /> CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. 2023-005 <br /> On the 22na day of May, 2023, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Appendix A of <br /> Ordinance No. 2023-005, and by five affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. <br /> 4, directed that a summary of Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-005 be published. <br /> Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-005 entitled"Amended 2023 Fee Schedule" an <br /> Ordinance Relating to Fees Payable within the City of Arden Hills for 2023. The primary <br /> purpose of the ordinance amendment is to update the Municipal Code to reflect amended fees <br /> pertaining to clarification of legal size paper copying charges and the addition of a Commercial <br /> Outdoor Recreation Permit as follows: <br /> • I. Administrative <br /> Copying—General City Material: $0.25 8 %2 x 11 and legal; <br /> • Vl. Planning and Zoning <br /> Commercial Recreation Outdoor Permit: $100.00 <br /> A full copy of Appendix A of Ordinance 2023-005 is available for inspection by any <br /> person during regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway <br /> 96, Arden Hills, Minnesota 55112.
