TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) <br />•The TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) is the zoning code governing <br />TCAAP. <br />•The current iteration of the TRC began in 2013, City worked with the <br />County, developer, experts and consultants to put it together. <br />•Multiple open houses were held to solicit community preference, as <br />well as,local developers and other stakeholders to help inform the <br />Master Plan. Identified need for regional employment, a variety of <br />housing options, and a network of parks and open spaces. <br />•City and County approved an initial draft, and later approved an <br />amended TRC in 2016. 2016 version still the regulating document. <br />2
