NONMAJOR CAPITAL PROJECT FUNDS <br />The City had the following nonmajor capital project funds during the year: <br />Equipment, Building, and Replacement Fund – This fund was established for resources designated to <br />be used for the purchase of capital equipment and building repairs. <br />Parks Fund – This fund was established for park/trail acquisition and development. Revenue for this <br />fund comes from developer park dedication fees, contributions, state grants, and investment interest. <br />Public Safety Capital Equipment Fund – This fund was established to account for resources designated <br />to be used for the City’s share of public safety equipment through contracts with the Lake Johanna <br />Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. and Ramsey County Sheriff’s Department. <br />TCAAP Fund – This fund was established to account for resources designated to be used for the City’s <br />share of capital costs related to the approximately 430-acre TCAAP site purchased by Ramsey County.
