The CLRI <br />created standardized performance measures that will aid residents, taxpayers, and state and local <br />elected officials in determining the efficacy of cities in providing services. Participation in the <br />standard measures program is voluntary. <br /> <br />Discussion <br />To participate, a city must adopt, implement, and publish a minimum of 10 performance measures <br />as provided by the CLRI. The City will also be eligible for reimbursement of $.14 per capita <br />(approx. $1,350) for participation in the program and is exempt from levy limits for pay 2024, if <br />they are in effect. <br /> <br />Budget Impact <br />The funding being provided by the State will cover the staff time needed to compile and submit the <br />annual report. <br /> <br />Attachments <br />A.
