<br />In total, the fund balances of the City’s governmental funds decreased by $151,023 during the year ended
<br />December 31, 2022. Increases in amounts restricted for tax increment purposes and park improvements
<br />were more than offset by reductions in amounts assigned for capital improvements and park
<br />improvements.
