AGENDA ITEM — 3G <br />,-ARZEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: July 17, 2023 <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />FROM: Dave Perrault, City Administrator <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Public Engagement <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />N/A N/A N/A <br />For Council Consideration <br />Council should consider providing direction on a future public engagement session surrounding <br />TCAAP. <br />Background <br />At a previous City Council meeting, the Council directed Staff to bring back a discussion on <br />TCAAP public engagement, it was to be done following coordination with the County. The JDA <br />met on July 1 lth and discussed public engagement (see Attachment A). The JDA is aiming to have <br />a large public engagement event in October. The event will be conducted by a professional <br />consultant and funded by the County. While this event will be focused on the project as a whole, it <br />will delve into many of the elements related to the City, and provide a comprehensive overview for <br />those not familiar with the project. Should Council want to hold a separate event, Staff would <br />recommend holding it after the JDA event, if Council feels it is still needed.
