<br />. <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />ST ATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 42 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF COMMITMENT TO ADOPT AN EROSION AND <br />SEDIMENT CONTROL ORDINANCE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills' 1998 Comprehensive Plan update was submitted to <br />the Metropolitan Council for review; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council requires that the City submit a copy of an erosion <br />and sediment control ordinance to complete the review of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has not adopted an erosion and sediment control ordinance <br />to date; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of a model erosion and sediment control ordinance <br />from Ramsey County for review; and <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council has asked that the City Council commit to <br />adopting an ordinance within 120 days of the Comprehensive Plan review in the form of a <br />resolution so that the Comprehensive Plan review may be completed. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED by the City Council ofthe City of Arden <br />Hills, Minnesota that the City Council commits to adopting an erosion and sediment <br />control ordinance within 120 days of the Comprehensive Plan review by the Metropolitan <br />Council. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN <br />HILLS THIS 27'h DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2000.
