<br />~ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-56 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PERMIT REQUIREMENTS AND <br />A PERMIT FEE FOR THE SALE OF CHRISTMAS TREES <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, It Is the Intention of the Councl I to regulate <br />certain activities which are carried on for a limited time <br />period, or are of a temporary nature, by permit Instead of <br />by license; <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Councl I of the <br />Vi Ilage of Arden Hi lis as follows: <br /> <br />Permi t Requt red <br /> <br />Effective November 13, 1972, the following activity <br />wi II requi re a permit: <br /> <br />Christmas Tree Sales <br /> <br />Permit Fee <br /> <br />Christmas Tree Sales <br /> <br />$15.00 <br /> <br />Permit Application <br /> <br />Application for a permit shall be made to the Clerk <br />Administrator. Such application shall state the full <br />name and address of the applicant, a description of <br />the activity for which the permit is requested, the <br />proposed location of the activity, the date or dates <br />for such activity and such other Information as the <br />Clerk Administrator may require for the purpose. <br />The permit fee shal I accompany the permit application. <br /> <br />Permit applications shall be approved by the VI I lage <br />Council.
