<br />. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />VILLAGE OF ARDEN ~ILLS <br />/ (;S <br />RESOLUTION NO. 72-55J~ ' 1'V~ <br /> <br />YiKv? ~S <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Arden Hills Vi llage Council desl res <br />that the Vii lage of New Brighton continue its sewer service <br />to the following two areas: <br /> <br /> <br />No. I Mounds View High School and any further <br />possible connections which might be <br />desired on approximately the westerly <br />half of the school property. <br /> <br />No.2 Minneapolis Hide and Tallow Co. (rendering <br />plant) and to any additional connections <br />on approximately the western half of the <br />developable area recently acquired from <br />New Brighton, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it would seem more feasible and economical <br />for Arden Hill s to se rve the easte r I y ba I ances of these two <br />areas from Its own sewer system, and adequate capacity for <br />such servIce is available; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Metropolitan <br />Councl I be so advised. <br /> <br />Passed by the Arden Hills Village Council this 9 day of October, <br />1972. <br /> <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Lorraine Stromquist <br />Clerk Administrator <br />
