In fee of a 50-foot wide right-of-way In the East t of the <br />Southeast * of Section 28, Township 30 North, Range 23 West, <br />did on November 28, 1956, grant to the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br />for public road purposes an easement across said 50-foot <br />right-of way, which easement was described as fol lows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the southeast line of <br />said right-of-way distant 520.04 feet southwest <br />of the Intersection of said southeast line with <br />the east line of said East t of the Southeast <br />* of Section 28; thence running northwest at <br />right angles to said southeast line 50 feet to <br />the northwest line of said right-of-way; thence <br />southwest on last named line 60 feet; thence <br />southeast at right angles 50 feet to said south- <br />east line; thence northeast on last named line <br />60 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />Also all that part of said right-of-way described <br />as follows: Beginning at a point on said south- <br />east line distant 830.54 feet southwest of said <br />Intersection; thence running northwest at right <br />angles to said southeast line 50 feet to the <br />northeast line of said right-of-way; thence south- <br />west on last named line 60 feet; thence southeast <br />at right angles 50 feet to said southeast IIne4 <br />thence northeast on last named line 60 feet to <br />the point of beginning; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ~ald deed was recorded on December 14, 1956, <br />In the office of the Register of Deeds, Ramsey County, Minnesota, <br /> <br />on Book 1539 of Deeds, page 47, as Document No. 1416927; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the said right-of-way owned by Northern States <br /> <br />Power Company has now been sold and conveyed to persons owning <br /> <br />the land adjoining said right-of-way; and <br />WHEREAS, It appears to the Council of Arden HII Is that <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />there Is no longer any vii lage necessity for said .asement, <br />and accordingly the Council has no objection to a quit-claim <br /> <br />of said parcel to the owner of the abutting property; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Village of Arden Hills <br /> <br /> <br />that the duly authorized officers of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />HII Is be authorized and directed to prepare, execute <br />
