" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Extract of Minut.es of Meeting of t.he <br />Village Council of the villaqe of Arden Bills <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Council of the Village of Arden Bills, Minnesot.a was <br /> <br />duly held at t.he Villaqe Ball in said villaqe on Monday, the l4t.h <br /> <br />day of August, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen 01men, Bollenhorst, Henderson, and Herrick, and the <br /> <br />followinq were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Bollenhorst introduced the fol1owinq resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 72-51 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING ENGINEERS PRELIM- <br />INARY REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC <br />HEARING ON LA1(E LANE STREET IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Villaqe of Arden Bills <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Council has directed Banister, Short, Elliott, <br />Hendrickson & Associates to prepare a preliminary report as t.o <br />the feasibility of a proposed improvement consisting of <br />qradinq, qravel base construction, bitU11linous surfacinq, storm <br />drainage and necessary appurtenances in the area of Lake Lane <br />south of Edgewater Avenue. Banister, Short, Elliott, Hendrick- <br />son & Associat.es was also directed to include in the report <br />the est.imated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such <br />improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />SOllIe other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate <br />have been submit.ted by the eQgineers and considered by the Council <br />and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the <br />
