<br />~ <br /> <br />t <br />. <br /> <br />Council does hereby determine and order that said tmprovement <br />shall be constructed and financed, except the installation <br />of bituminous re-surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer <br />and necessary appurtenances on Floral Drive and except the installa- <br />tion of concrete curb and gutter on James Circle, Norma Circle, <br />and Gale Circle, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, <br />pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be <br />assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the <br />notice of hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Herrick, and upon roll call vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in faVOr thereof: All <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />Councilman Olmen then introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />72-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR A PORTION <br />OF STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above <br /> <br />tmprovement, according to the plans and specifications thereof <br /> <br />of file in the office of the Clerk Administrator of said village, <br /> <br />said bids were received on August 14, 1972 at 11:00 o'clock a. m., <br /> <br />opened and tabulated according to law and the fOllowing bids were <br />~ received complying with the advertisement: <br />
