Paul, Minnesota, on M:lnday, the <br /> <br />31 day of July, 1972, at 8:00 <br /> <br />o'clock P.N. <br /> <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen <br />Hollenhorst and Henderson <br /> <br />and the following were absent: CouncilmenOlmen and Herrick <br /> <br />Counci tman Henderson <br /> <br />intronuccd the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />"I(e.so/"'-bon ",~-"z.. <br />RESOr.UTION RELhTn?O TO APPORTIONNENT <br />OF ASSESS~mNTS RETATINu TO WATER <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. 70-1 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Arden <br /> <br />Hills, ~dnnesota, as follows: <br />~1HEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No. 70-l as <br />last finally adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified <br />to the County Auditor ot Ramsey County on December 9, 1971, for the <br />purpose of including installmentR ;i;:hereof to be collected along with <br />real estate taxes comn~ncing in 19727 and <br />WHEREAS, since that date a nurdber of parcels of property con- <br />tained within said assessment roll. have been divided and conveyed <br /> <br />by previous property owners 7 ar.d <br />
