<br />, <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />,. <br /> <br />Extract of minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council Of the Village of Arden Hills <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Arden Hills, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, <br /> <br />July 10, 1972, at 8:00 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and <br /> <br />Councilmen Olman, Hollenhorst. Henderson and Herrick, and the <br /> <br />following were absent:. None <br /> <br />Councilman Herrick introduced and moyed the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 72-33 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR A <br />PORTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENT NO. 72-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS a public feasibility hearing was held on the above <br />1mprwement on June 26. 1972, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOt VED by the Council of the Village of <br />Arden Hills, Minnesota that Banister. Short. Elliott, Hendrickson <br />& Associates is hereby directed to prepare and submit to the <br />Council final plans and specifications for the construction of <br />said 1mprovement except the installation of bituminous re-surfacing, <br />concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer and necessary appurtenances <br />on Floral Drive and except the installation of concrete curb and. <br />gutter on James Circle, Norma Circle, and Gale Circle. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Olmen, and upon roll call vote being <br />
